1.The Defendant admits paragraph 1 of the Statement of Claim.

5.As to paragraph 5, the Defendant denies that there was at any time any agreement, understanding or arrangement that the Plaintiff and the Defendant would receive equal remuneration or equal distributions of profit, and says that the Plaintiff's remuneration was determined by the board of directors from time to time having regard to the Plaintiff's role and contribution to the Company.
6.As to paragraph 6, the Defendant admits that the Company paid to the Defendant a salary of $25,000 per month from July 2024, but otherwise denies the paragraph and says that the increase was approved by the board of directors at a meeting on 28 June 2024 at which the Plaintiff was present.

12.The Defendant denies paragraph 12 and says that the affairs of the Company were at all material times conducted in accordance with the Company's constitution and the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
